Arif Siddiqui is the Chief Executive Officer of Scope International Malaysia, Standard Chartered’s Global Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. He also holds the dual role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Standard Chartered Bank in Malaysia.
Under his leadership, Scope International provides a wide range of services to the Standard Chartered Bank in more than 70 countries They comprise software and systems development, wholesale and consumer banking operations, contact centre, I.T. and Helpdesk services. Scope’s software division, International Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM) houses the largest software development centre in Malaysia. Scope International Malaysia currently employs more than 3,500 employees.
As CIO at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia, Arif oversees the full spectrum of Technology and Operations and is responsible for systems development, technology support and banking operations for country business.
Arif was promoted as the Chief Executive Officer of Scope International Malaysia and CIO, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia from a previous role heading ISCM. Prior to this, Arif was Head of Information Technology and Head of Information Systems at the Standard Chartered Bank in Pakistan.
In his free time, Arif enjoys cricket, photography and theatre performances.

Goh See Wee is Head of the International
Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM). ISCM produces software
solutions for the Standard Chartered Group for use in
its markets across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Additionally, Goh is the Location Manager for all
Group Technology staff managed out of the Hub in Kuala
Lumpur. This includes the I.T. Support Centre (ITSC) for
the Eastern Region, which provides IT helpdesk services
to over 80,000 Standard Chartered Bank employees in 70
countries.

Azizan Ahmad is Head of Wholesale Banking
Operations at both Scope International Malaysia and Standard
Chartered Bank Malaysia.
In this role, Azizan oversees
the Trade, Securities Services, Credit Risk Control, Loan Processing,
Cash Management Services, Forex and Money Markets Departments
which provides operational support to the Standard Chartered Bank
in up to 22 countries. Azizan is a pioneer member of the Management
team assigned by the Group to set up its Global Shared Services
Hub in Malaysia.

Kelson Ng is Head of Consumer Banking Operations
at Scope International Malaysia and Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia.
Kelson is responsible for ensuring operational excellence for
the Standard Chartered Bank in up to 5 countries, in areas
such as Wealth Management, SME banking, Consumer Transaction
Banking, Lending & Customer Experience. Prior to this role,
Kelson has served Standard Chartered in Singapore since 1993
in key multi-portfolio leadership roles.

Dennis Tan is the Regional Head of Customer Care. His role is to provide strong leadership in this fast-paced, state of the art contact centre with the aim of achieving service and sales objectives vis-à-vis change management, and the inculcation of a “customer first” work ethic.
BHaving joined Standard Chartered in November, 2010, Dennis brings with him more than 20 years of domain expertise in customer experience and contact centre management, having held various stints in banking and financial organisations such as American International Assurance, Maybank and most recently Prudential Assurance. During the early part of his career, he had worked with Standard Chartered Consumer Banking Malaysia in service quality management.

Mabel is responsible for massively multiplying leadership capabilities by focusing on recruiting, engaging and building talent within all
Divisions. Prior to this role, she was Head, Human Resource for Wholesale Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia
Mabel joined Standard Chartered in 1996 as Senior Financial Manager in Country Finance and had also been the Head of Central Services. She is a qualified Management and Financial
Accountant, having obtained her professional qualifications from ACCA and CIMA in the United Kindom

Leong Siew Cheongis Head, Risk, Compliance and Assurance. With 35
years of banking knowledge and experience with Standard Chartered. Leong played an instrumental role in setting up the technology infrastructure
for Scope International in 2011. Prior to this role, Leong was Head of Technology Management at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia as well as Head, Technology and Head, Risk and Compliance at Scope International

Dinesh Singhi is the Chief Financial Officer of Scope International Malaysia.
His role primarily consists of ensuring simplification of finance processes, strengthening controllership and providing business support to the operations team.
Prior to joining the Standard Chartered Group, Dinesh was the Regional Finance Controller, PPG Industries for South Asia. Before that, he held various finance leadership roles with GE both locally and abroad, including a two year stint with the Finance shared services division.
Dinesh brings with him more than 10 years of audit, finance & accounting experience, having held various stints in organizations such as KPMG, General Electric and PPG Industries Inc.

Hamdan Mohd Salleh is theHead of CRES(Corporate Real Estates).
Hamdan oversees corporate real estates, which includes premise management, logistics and Health & Safety concerns. He is also the Business Continuity Manager, responsible for maintaining and implementing business continuity plans.
Hamdan is Adviser to two staff clubs, GSSC Klub and GSSCare, which have organized fundraisers, social and community projects.

Zaila Rosli is the Head of Corporate Affairs at Scope International Malaysia. Her role is to oversee all Corporate Affairs functions at Scope International including the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies, strengthening government relations, organization of numerous events and corporate social responsibility campaigns as well as upholding and promoting the image and branding of Scope International Malaysia.
Coupled with 17 years of working experience in various fields including banking, media and public relations and having held various stints in organizations such as Bank Negara Malaysia, Utusan Melayu (M) Berhad and most recently Ministry of Youth & Sports Malaysia, Zaila brings with her a wide array of knowledge related to government and media relations.
In her last role with the Ministry of Youth & Sports Malaysia, Zaila was appointed Special Officer (Communication) to the Minister of Youth & Sports Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Ahmad Shabery Cheek. Prior to that, she held various media & public relations leadership roles with agencies under the Ministry of Youth & Sports, including a six year stint as a feature writer at the Malay language daily newspaper, Utusan Malaysia and a role as a broadcast journalist with the TV station, ntv7.
