Arif Siddiqui
is the CEO of Scope International Malaysia, Standard chartered
Global Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. He also holds the
dual role of Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Standard Chartered
Bank in Malaysia. Under his leadership, Scope International
provides a wide range of value-added and complex services from
software and systems development, wholesale and consumer banking
operations, as well as I.T. and Helpdesk services to the Standard
Chartered Bank operations in up to 75 countries worldwide.
The International Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM), a business division
of Scope International, is the largest software development centre
in Malaysia. Scope International Malaysia has a current workforce
of 2800 staff.

Goh See Wee is Head of the International
Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM). ISCM produces software
solutions for the Standard Chartered Group for use in
its markets across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
Additionally, Goh is the Location Manager for all
Group Technology staff managed out of the Hub in Kuala
Lumpur. This includes the I.T. Support Centre (ITSC) for
the Eastern Region, which provides IT helpdesk services
to over 80,000 Standard Chartered Bank employees in 70
countries.

Azizan Ahmad is Head of Wholesale Banking
Operations at both Scope International Malaysia and Standard
Chartered Bank Malaysia.
In this role, Azizan oversees
the Trade, Securities Services, Credit Risk Control, Loan Processing,
Cash Management Services, Forex and Money Markets Departments
which provides operational support to the Standard Chartered Bank
in up to 22 countries. Azizan is a pioneer member of the Management
team assigned by the Group to set up its Global Shared Services
Hub in Malaysia.

Kelson Ng is Head of Consumer Banking Operations
at Scope International Malaysia and Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia.
Kelson is responsible for ensuring operational excellence for
the Standard Chartered Bank in up to 5 countries, in areas
such as Wealth Management, SME banking, Consumer Transaction
Banking, Lending & Customer Experience. Prior to this role,
Kelson has served Standard Chartered in Singapore since 1993
in key multi-portfolio leadership roles.

James Carey is Head of I.T. Service Centre East (ITSC East),
which provides IT help desk services and support to over 80,000 Standard
Chartered Bank employees in 70 countries.
Based initially with Standard
Chartered Bank in the United Kingdom, James has managed many portfolios including
I.T. Helpdesk Services, Change Management, Project Management,
Service Delivery Re-engineering, Service Management for Wholesale Transaction
Banking and has travelled extensively to support the formation of the Bank Global
Service Centres in India and Malaysia.

Nirasha Anjalee De Silva is Head of the
Contact Centre,which provides regional tele-servicing,
tele-sales and tele-collection services to the Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to this role, Nirasha was Vice President, Operations at HSBC’s Global
Service Centre, supporting their UK, US and offshore businesses.
Whilst based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Nirasha was a Consultant with a
Malaysian-based telecommunications.

Mabel Goh is Head of Human Resources.
In this role, Mabel is responsible for massively multiplying
leadership capabilities by focusing on recruiting, engaging and
building talent within all Divisions. Prior to this role,
she was Head, Human Resource for Wholesale Banking at Standard
Chartered Bank Malaysia. Mabel joined Standard Chartered in 1996
as Senior Financial Manager in Country Finance and had also
been the Head of Central Services. She is a qualified Management
and Financial Accountant, having obtained her professional
qualifications from ACCA and CIMA in the United Kingdom.

Matthew Lim is the Financial Controller of Scope
International Malaysia. In this role, Matthew manages overall
financial management across all Divisions, which includes financial
reporting, management of payables, receivables & treasury, forecast
and budget process management as well as financial performance reviews.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Matthew also assumes a Financial
Advisory role for the Company.

Leong Siew Cheong is Head of Technology
Management for Scope International Malaysia and Standard
Chartered Bank Malaysia. Leong is responsible for in-country technology service
delivery and achieving the Agenda for Malaysia in alignment
with the Standard Chartered Group strategy for Technology.
Prior to this role, Leong was Head, Technology and Head,
Risk & Compliance at Scope International Malaysia.

Hamdan Mohd Salleh is Head of Administration
& Office Services. Hamdan oversees corporate real estate,
which includes premise management, logistics and
Health & Safety concerns. He is also the Business
Continuity Manager, responsible for maintaining and
implementing business continuity plans. Hamdan is
Adviser to two staff clubs, GSSC KLub and GSSCare,
which have organized fundraisers, social and
community projects.

Sharon Chung is Head of Risk,
Compliance & Legal and Country Operational Risk Assurance Manager.
In these roles, Sharon is responsible for overall operational
risk assurance and operational risk management. A certified Chartered
Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA),
Sharon has held senior positions overseeing quality assurance,
compliance, accounting and audit with major international
banks and leading public accounting firms.

Joanna Ng is Head of Corporate Affairs.
She is responsible for all aspects of internal and external communications
at Scope International Malaysia. A graduate of the Universities of
London and Manchester, Joanna has managed corporate communications,
marketing communications and branding for leading organizations
in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors.
