International Software Centre Malaysia (ISCM) is the dedicated software division within Scope International Malaysia and the largest software division of the Standard Chartered Group. It has also been acknowledged by the Malaysian government as the largest software development centre in Malaysia.

ISCM’s team of over 1200 software engineers innovates, manages and provides support for hundreds of applications used by the Standard Chartered Bank in more than 70 countries across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

ISCM core areas of expertise include Credit Card Management Systems, Secured Lending, Configuration Management, Engineering Quality, Channel & Wealth Management, Global Release Management, Regional Resource Management, Consumer and Wholesale Banking applications.

The Central Testing Facility (CTF) in ISCM is one of the two software testing centers for the Standard Chartered Bank worldwide. With more than 130 testers, the CTF is currently the largest software testing centre in Malaysia.
