IT Service Center (ITSC) was established in 2001 as part of Standard Chartered Bank’s strategic IT service delivery centralization project. ITSC provides global IT help desk services and support to over 75,000 SCB employees in 69 countries.

- Incident and Problem Management
- Change Management
- Security Management
- Service Management & Datacentre Operations
ITSC consists of two hubs one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the other in Chennai, India, providing backup and disaster recovery for one another.
